I like that it is very easy for my team members who work remotely in different time zones to collaborate with each other while using this tool. It has helped me keep up to date about what our clients are doing so we can be prepared when they need us! Sometimes there's lag between updates or sometimes you don't see all your data if you're not logged into one specific page at once but overall everything works great. I like that it is easy for people who are not tech savvy or computer savy to understand how this works. It's also very user friendly which makes using crayons easier than other products out there. The only thing i dislike about the program is that sometimes when you try to add another color its hard to get them all in at once so if your trying to create something with alot of colors then be prepared to spend time clicking around until everything lines up as planned.
