I like how easy it was for me to understand what we needed from our tool because there were very clear instructions provided with every step that you need when using this software/toolkit! Not much dislikes but nothing really stands out either which makes sense given its simplicity. This program has helped us manage all aspects related to privacy compliance including GDPR requirements. It's also made my life easier since i'm not always looking up information online or having an employee go…

Pros
  • The program is easy to understand and use which makes it very simple for all employees to follow along with their daily duties
Cons
  • Nothing really stand out, it's a very simple program

Very useful resource & valuable internal compliance checker

The tool has been very helpful for our team when it comes to assessing privacy policies. It's easy enough that even non-experts can use without needing additional training or support from experts within your organization! We've only used this once so far but have found no issues with its functionality thus far. Would love more options/features regarding how often we run reports, what types of changes are reflected after each report runs, ability to view multiple versions over time, etc. This…

Pros
  • I like having an organized way (in one place) where every thing is well documented by using Privacy Policies as reference points instead of just relying upon memory alone; also being able to track any possible improvements via automated email notifications whenever something needs attention / change.etc., makes me feel much safer knowing my data isn’t at risk if ever compromised due to
Cons
  • Not bad

Great Tool to Show Overall Business Privacy Practices

I like that it lets me know exactly what risks my organization has when dealing with other companies or individuals' information! The fact you can't copy/paste this tool into Microsoft Excel makes some processes difficult at times but nothing too major there either way once used properly its great for giving an overall overview about your business privacy practices!! You have more control over who sees certain things than ever before which saves time later down stream because they are not left…

Pros
  • Also helps keep track if we've been breached previously so no needless info is given out anymore by accident :) Cons (there really aren’t any dislikes): Nothing comes readily mind unless something pops up from memory
Cons
  • All fine
