Plaid has changed the adhesive backing!

I have been using Plaid Gallery glass instant lines for over 10 years. When I received them they didn't have the same base or density in the strips. The stripes did not stick to the glass and liquid glass paint seeped under the lines and pushed the lines out of the glass. It ruined my whole project. Shame on you Plaid you changed your product! I used to swear by these stripes, but not anymore! I have a few projects I'm working on that I can't finish until I find some old tape that really…

Good Artificial Guides

I've only recently started using these guides so I have no experience with the old version which is said to be better than some. For my purposes they are quite suitable. I use them as false guides in my stained glass projects and they look really good. You have to be careful not to stretch them (they will shrink and get too small!) and not overdo it or they won't stick well and the glass has to be very clean. Sometimes they don't seal very well and the paint bleeds a bit, but usually I just let

Plaid Gallery Improvement The glass liquid aiming technique isn't impossible, but it's incredibly difficult for those who don't have that much free time.
