There really isn't much you can do with security tags without a case. I wanted a simple, inexpensive case that could hold an air sign and attach a ring. They fit perfectly and were available a few weeks before the others. The hole at the top is tight so the tag won't accidentally fall out (I guess that's not possible with a key ring).
