Best product I have ever reviewed, I recommend it to everyone!

I had a mouse a4 bloody v2 in use. I played cs go - and she began to strain me a lot and the brush began to reduce. started looking for another mouse. for some reason I bought a used steelseries sensei laser - after it I realized what kind of "ram" all a4 (there were 3 x7 and b2) - they don’t sell another one in a local store. then I bought a logitech102 - I appreciated the coolness of this mouse and decided to test the MX 518 again, because there is a body with a turn of the hand and fingers…

    Pros
    • the best technical stuffing: a Hiro Logitech sensor, an optical wheel scroll sensor, microphones, including those on the side buttons. high case for the thumb (the finger does not crawl on the carpet now), a comfortable shape of the case with a turn of the hand closer to natural (very important - there are no vertical gaming mice - such a 518y case is a compromise for the health of the hand). immediately after the test, I dismantled the mouse to inspect the filling - the mouse was assembled very technologically - without any complaints. weight reduced by drilling. now the mouse is very fast!
    Cons
    • 1 the right side of the mouse is not for everyone. my grip is 1-2-2, the mouse is clamped with the thumb and ring fingers - so the shelf on the right with a sharp edge interfered with me - I couldn’t adapt normally - so I removed it with sandpaper - for me on this right wall the same groove for 2 fingers would be more relevant as well as on the left under the big one so that the mouse can be raised (I play cs go on low sense - big movements). 2 right click is very deep (MB only for me) - a deceptive feeling of a button malfunction is created (apparently you need to get used to it). I tested weapons with zooms - all the rules - so this is a matter of habit. The mics are fine - so this is a feature of the case geometry.

I am satisfied, the purchase is quite successful.

Despite the presence of certain shortcomings, this "mouse" turned out to be very interesting. It was the right decision to install a modern high-precision sensor in the now classic mouse body. Being a representative of the “old school”, I can say that it was nice to pick up the “mouse” again in the “same” case, but with a new stuffing! The high-precision sensor copes with its tasks perfectly and does not slow down even on an old worn rug. The left and right mouse buttons feel stiffer than…

    Pros
    • The familiar and comfortable shape of the "mouse". Highly accurate and reliable sensor. It is not necessary to install software for full operation.
    Cons
    • Slightly tight mouse buttons. Inconvenient location of the side buttons. Small and smooth mouse wheel.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

I started playing CS when there was still version 1.3. First on ordinary office mice. Then around 2022 I first got the Logitech MX-310. She was not bad for her money, but then the top was the MX-518 and after a while I got it and was my favorite mouse. Around 2022, she disappeared from the sale and there was essentially nothing to replace her. Logitech then replaced it with some strange models with a side scroll on the wheel (because of which it was not so easy to make a click with the wheel).

    Pros
    • This is really all the same cool MX-518 that old CS players can remember in the mid-2022s. But only with a modern sensor and mics. I'm comparing this mouse to the Razer DeathAdder Elite at almost double the price. I conducted a test that lasted as much as 4 hours (with this mouse I didn’t want to leave CS:GO for a long time). So, it turned out that for me personally, the cheap MX-518 Legendary is better than the expensive DeathAdder Elite. I was simply blown away by the quality of the sensor, the glide on the mat, and the clarity of the switches. The main tangible difference between the old MX-518 and the new one is that the old mouse did not pass the pull test very well. That is, the sensor continued to read movements even at 5 mm separation. This can be inconvenient when moving the mouse quickly, because. at the moment of transfer, the sight also partially moves back, you have to raise the mouse higher. In the new MX-518, with a separation of more than 1 mm, the sensor no longer works, and this is good. In DeathAdder, by the way, it's the same.
    Cons
    • Judging by other reviews, the build quality of Logitech is not very good. It was not very good in 2022 either - I somehow came across a marriage with the right button (it seemed to click twice with one click). And now, probably even more so due to the general trend towards cheaper prices. Therefore, I recommend not to buy in online stores, where there is only redemption, but only check at home. For the last 5 years I have been buying mice only in stores of two red brands on "E" and on "M". They give mice to test before payment. Today I bought this mouse, ordered it via the Internet, came to "M" with a laptop, they unpacked it and let me test it before paying. I just moved the cursor in Windows, pressed the buttons, checked the sensor for separation, everything worked out and I bought it. I recommend doing the same. There are probably a lot of marriages, and then it will be more expensive to bother with a return. The soft-touch coating will most likely not last long. The original old MX-518 soft-touch coating completely peeled off in a year or two. I don't know how the new one will be. Non-repairability. The old MX-518 could at least be taken apart. And thanks to this, I will most likely fix the broken wire in the old mouse. It will just be 5-10 centimeters shorter (by the way, the wire of the new one is 2 times thinner). And the new MX-518, as well as the Razer DeathAdder, cannot be disassembled. Everything is glued in there. Even an elementary cleaning of the wheel (a lot of dust and grease from the fingers always accumulates there) will not work.

Good product for me, no problems at all.

g102 lies nearby and now I don’t understand how I used to use it)) I don’t often play games, but the purchase is definitely justified, since it’s incredibly convenient to use in all tasks . except, perhaps, lighting a room with a backlight (I never understood the meaning of a backlight on a mouse, because you close it with your hand anyway and don’t look at her).

    Pros
    • simple design without unnecessary drawings and highlights. for me personally, a very convenient form (but it’s better to feel it in advance, not everyone likes it). along the edges of the plastic is quite pleasant to the touch, reminiscent of a soft touch, but smoother. many settings in the proprietary program. dpi switching cycles are possible in two directions with separate buttons (increase, decrease). next to the button for cyclically lowering dpi there is a button that switches it to its original value (you can change it), which I have not seen before in other mice.
    Cons
    • the cable is not braided, although I have never had problems with them. I feel that it will get dirty quickly - there are already stains from the fingers). now I hate to use a simple mouse at work. For some it may be overpriced.

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

Expectations were not met, average quality.

I bought it and was happy, the mouse is excellent, I like everything, it fits my hand, it’s just a fairy tale, not a mouse! I play Arex (fps) every day for several hours. I've been playing for about six months and the wire breaks. I ordered a replacement from aliexpress, which turned out to be thick, poorly bending. Okay. Let's play on. From time to time I began to notice that the sensor seemed to break off . And now the left button made noise when pressed . In parallel, I use the Logitech g413

    Pros
    • The most comfortable classic shape, excellent sensor, thin but fairly clear scroll wheel, cool buttons, thin wire.
    Cons
    • short-lived

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

This mouse is simply eternal. She'll probably survive a nuclear war. The mouse in the photo is about 15 years old (I can't say for sure because I don't remember) and it still works great! That's what quality means! It is still in the original design, but the characteristics are identical to the modern model. Take it without hesitation.

    Pros
    • Reliability. No not like this. RELIABILITY.
    Cons
    • After 7 years of use, pressing the Left button has become very soft, almost no click is felt.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

I used the original 2022 for only a few hours with friends, in the middle of the distant 2022s, I remember little, there is nothing to compare with. I ordered from China for 2600. No, it is definitely not used. New. If I had bought from local hucksters for 4-5k, I would have felt abandoned, this mouse is clearly not worth that kind of money. And for 2600 - give two!

    Pros
    • Appearance. Ergonomic, functional, nostalgic. A separate bow to the designers for the huge area near the right mouse button, where you can easily put your ring finger. Modern mice do not do this. The sensor is good. After the G402 and Rival 500, this mouse feels like feathers. If the DPI buttons are not needed, they can always be remapped to something else in G Hub.
    Cons
    • Glossy touch cover - well, that. But it looks beautiful. Additional buttons, when pressed, have a gap when the button is already depressed, but the click has not yet occurred. Because of this, the buttons feel shabby. The wheel is the same. It goes too easily, dangles, a slight movement of the finger is enough. The cuts are very weak. It may be ok for games, but it interferes with work in 3dmax. If on the original the buttons and the wheel worked the same way - well done Logitech, they kept everything as it was.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

I didn't expect the quality to be so high.

I could not even imagine that my favorite mx510 model, which I bought 15 years ago (and it worked properly all this time), would receive a new version. Thank you logitech, it's such a rarity to please the consumer like that. The mouse fully justifies its price.

    Pros
    • - the most comfortable mouse in the world (for large palms), it fills the hand very well and it is convenient to control it - just a few extras. buttons that are not pressed by accident, the functions of which are easy to remember in any game (unlike monster mice, which you just take in your hand and you immediately press 100,500 random buttons on it - I don’t understand this) - super gliding and silent teflon pads, I use it on a normal table and it doesn't rattle on it AND it rides very smoothly - beautiful color, very beautifully shimmers - the mouse is really a legend
    Cons
    • - for some, the buttons may seem loud, but I'm fine - Dirt from hands accumulates on the body, you need to wipe it - the roller spins a little unusual, but I quickly got used to it and everything is ok - it would be cool to choose a case from several colors

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

Until the 518th, the G500 actively served me for 7.5 years (in principle, it still works, but sometimes the middle button gets stuck, which caused the replacement), so I compare it exclusively with it. The shape is almost the same (even the legs are located in the same way). In terms of weight - lighter, even if you remove additional weights from the G500. The right and left buttons require more effort when pressed, it takes some getting used to. There are not enough additional buttons, there…

    Pros
    • Classic shape Ease of setup and operation Workmanship
    Cons
    • Not enough buttons Some shortcomings compared to its predecessor Price in 2022

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

Bad product, not worth the money.

I was very loyal to Logitech products and always tried to consider them first as peripheral devices, but now I don’t even know. Before that, I had the classic MX518, whose wheel started to malfunction only at the 13th year of operation, I was incredibly happy to learn that it was re-released and now I have a new version with the sensitivity reduction button that stopped working in less than a month. I wasn't too worried about solving the problem, it was just a matter of time. What bothered me…

    Pros
    • Design like the classic 518, no flaws. Glide and sensor Logitech Support
    Cons
    • DPI decrease button stopped working in less than a month The buttons are loud for me (louder than on the classic 518)

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

    Nice price, good quality.

I took from China (Ali) for their market, but I don’t think that what is sold with us is somehow very different . I probably won’t insert a photo with these cases, I think it’s clear . Pros below: sensor, shape, in theory there should be a non-killable wheel, I like it too . Cons below: the mouse is not bad for the money (sensor, shape, etc. ), but the main glossy buttons are very dirty, you have to wash the dried fat several times a day (it’s not very pleasant to feel this under your fingers)…

I do not cease to rejoice at the purchase, a very good deal!

Played about 1200-1500 hours On it for 7-8 months Mouse no problem! In general, I am amazed at how it withstands rare but strong clicks on the mouse)) I advise everyone Previously owned Logitech g7 mice 5000hrs and a4tech xl750bk 4000hrs Has some pros: Very comfortable fit Sensor Doesn't break down No random lighting Flexible wire Different cons: Glossy up mouse on which dirt sticks from your handles)) during the week If you wipe the mouse every day and wash your hands with soap before each…

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not everything is so bad, the average purchase in quality.

Some pros: The body is like the old one, although the gloss is not for everyone. I liked the matte body of the g400 better Some cons: - The wheel, when scrolling away from itself, seems to be worn out and scrolls with a vile sound. Decided to return, possibly marriage. - A thin cord, they could have done it in a braid.

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

I am satisfied, the purchase is quite successful.

Has some pros: Easy on the shoulders. Excellent sensor that is quite precise. Where he was pointing, we went in that direction. Price 60$. A good wire that, by the way, does not cause any interference even when it does not have a holder. When compared to the G603 wireless that came before it, shooting is more simpler on this model. mouse test With these drawbacks: Because of its glossy surface and the fact that it attracts even more hand grease than g102, the mouse needs to be wiped down and…

No complaints, I recommend to buy.

Pros below: Light in weight. Top sensor, really accurate. Where he pointed there and got there. Price 60$. A good wire, which by the way does not interfere even without a holder. Shooting is really easier than on the g603 wireless that was before it. mouse test Has cons: The mouse is glossy, grease from the hands collects even more than g102, it is necessary to wipe and clean it every few days A year later, the wheel began to spin badly. who writes that the wheel here is optical cool, it doesn

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not my best purchase, could have found something else.

Let's start from the end. As mentioned, the wire has a seal in the area of \u200b\u200bthe base of the mouse, but they didn’t guess to do the same for the USB output, then the design would be ultra-reliable, but at the moment it looks flimsy. Yes, in fact, this part is not mechanically involved when using the mouse, however, if you use it on a laptop, then the place will definitely be injured over time. Weight is a matter of habit, but I don't like it tactile. Both this item and the next one…

    Pros
    • Ergonomics and fit in the hand is just great, corresponds to the realities of Logitech. The sliding substrate around the sensor is a great solution. Wire without braid, but with a seal at the base of the mouse.
    Cons
    • A matter of habit, but still, the lack of left-right ons on the wheel. Sound. Weight. Wire

Good product for me, no problems at all.

I did not anticipate, and I pray that everything would be alright, if I write anything; otherwise, the sensations are cosmic, as if for the very first time! Has pros: I'm not sure what it was about it that appealed to me, but I decided to go through with it anyhow. It's odd, but I never kept a form like that; instead, I played forms like zowie ec2 and deathadder. I used it to replace a G403 Prodigy that was in perfect working order, and I did not suffer any losses. I don't know how to describe…

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

To begin, a brief historical overview. My very first mouse was a Logitech G102, and I used one of those before that. After using it for some time, I noticed that it had a double click, and given that I am always using a computer, I made the decision to get a new mouse that was of a higher quality. The MX518 Legendary was selected as the winner for the straightforward reason that the scroll wheel is, in my opinion, the most important component of any mouse. In this case, the answer is optical…

    Pros
    • + Weight balance in the middle. + Ease of care. + Materials that are almost impossible to kill in some way and that almost never become dirty. + The form. + The wheel. + The buttons. + The wire. + The weight balance in the middle. +
    Cons
    • - The amount of weight. A questionable drawback, but it seems like it would be to everyone's advantage if the top panel was always the same.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great value for money, one of the best offers.

I am not a professional video game player, and if I'm being completely honest, I've never had any interest in pursuing that career path. I absolutely adore playing this game, and I do so whenever I find both the desire and the opportunity to do so. In my younger, shaggier years, I used to play a lot for teams that had a sponsor; consequently, a lot of people recommended that I switch to more prominent clubs. Since 2022, I've been involved with the game (yes, old bearded OLD) I am really…
