Great Platform For Business Data Management

The ability to track all our data in one place, which is also easy to use. It's good at what it does, but not great. I like that we can run reports on our data as needed. Also, all our data is in one place. We do not have to go back and forth between multiple platforms to input new information. This makes life easier. There are some things that Market Snare doesn't do very well. It can be buggy and slow sometimes. Some tasks take longer than others. But overall, this is a good product. If…

Great Platform for lead generation and appointment scheduling

The best part about Market Snar is how easy it was to set up my account with them! I had no idea what i needed but they walked me step by step into setting everything up so i could start getting leads right away!! They also have great customer service which makes things super simple when you need help or guidance along the way. Simple tool for content marketing tracking

I like that MarketSnare has a lot of different ways to show you how your posts are performing. I've found that it's easy to see what are the most popular posts, as well as the ones that are performing the best. I've also found that the reporting section is easy to use and allows you to see which posts are performing best, and which ones you should keep up. We have never used an Employee Engagement software like this one and we couldn't be happier with it!

It has helped us with our customer service expectations which have gone up by 40% since we started using it! We also use it as a way to better communicate internally between departments. We have been able to automate some processes but haven't found anything I dislike yet. Our biggest challenge is finding enough people who understand how much work goes into running this type of software so they can actually make suggestions or help implement changes where needed.
