Their support team has been very helpful in helping me understand their systems capabilities as well my own specific needs for each project we embark upon together; they are also flexible when it comes time implementing customizations that may not be available through out-of -the box products from other vendors or open source projects I explore/research beforehand with them (such great customer service!). They are very knowledgeable about QuickBooks products/services and have been able to leverage it for us in many ways. I like that they are open minded and willing to listen what we need from them which makes things easier than if we were just going through an automated process with a system that was not flexible enough or didn't understand how to work with my business needs. Sometimes there can be some lag time between when you notify them of something and their response but this isn't too much
