This little part works great. I will buy another. The shine is bright and long-lasting. Very helpful! One for my keychain and one for my wallet. This can be used anywhere. You just need light, any light, to charge it.

I have attached several of these traction chains to basement lights. Because of the way they are positioned in relation to the bulb directly above, only the top parts of these elements light up in my case. However, they serve well as chain handles, especially in dark places.

I actually used them on my pull chains that come from closet lights and a ceiling fan in a child's room that isn't plugged into a light switch. When it was dark it was hard to find the chain. Not now. Enough dim light

If you're looking for something that will hold the shine for a while I'd recommend something else. It's a good key ID (I removed the plastic carabiners in Niteize "S" for simplicity), but the glow doesn't stay BRIGHT for long. Although"fees" very quickly.

My husband and I have two cars of the same make and all 4 key fobs look the same. I use them so we can quickly identify the keys we take with us when we leave the house. Yellow is his and orange is mine! No more double trips to the garage because we took the wrong keys! And as a bonus, the keys are easy to find in the dark if you drop them!
