My four year old wants to keep up with his big sister and us so using chopsticks is cool! They helped teach hand coordination and after about six months she no longer needs them because she can use regular chopsticks!

My 6 year old son with ASD eats these chips to keep his fingers from getting dirty. You are the perfect size for him. He had no problem understanding how to use them. And they never broke up. I don't know the washing instructions but I put them in the dishwasher.

Of the different types of chopsticks, this is the closest to actual chopstick use. My kids started using them right away and already know how to pick noodles! I love that you can remove the clip and use them like regular chopsticks. I'll try it once my kids are more comfortable with it.

This is the perfect size and accessibility for children aged 5-9 years. They are easy to use, easy to disassemble and clean, and teach proper finger position. The round clasp has a ridge to accommodate the thumb, after which the rest of the fingers pretty much fall into place. Children love them very much, they want to use them at every meal.

This is a good idea for children to learn the art of chopsticks. However, it's not worth buying. The two chopsticks overlap as I approach the food and everything slips between them. When I separate the sticks, the wet sauce squirts everywhere in a 12 inch radius. It just gets annoying after a while, and once upon a time chopsticks became toy clubs.

Bought these for 1 and 3 year olds, so far they love them. These chopsticks are plastic so some foods can slip off easily, but that's not the end of the world. All in all, these are great sticks to learn with. chopsticks from the socket. But it's easy to put back in.

I am an adult who could never figure out how to use chopsticks and always picked up sushi roll pieces with my fingers which is both embarrassing and messy. I bought them to learn how to use chopsticks so I wouldn't embarrass myself in public anymore. But that's a joke; They are not strong enough to lift a normal sized piece of sushi roll. My husband and I tried and failed. I guess I'll just consider sushi rolls "finger food" for life!
