I like that it is easy to use and gives us a lot of options for our customers. It also allows you to add new features easily. The ability for users who have never used an integrated product before is very user friendly which makes it easy even if you don't know much about computers at all! They support almost everything I need from my printer/scanner combo up through our email system (including outlook). Their customer service department has been fantastic in dealing with issues we've had over time.
