Great tails for single line and stunt kites!

Prismatic tails look great on just about any kite you attach them to, and add some sky-writing fun to your stunt kite for a change of pace when flying! Treat them right and they will last a long time. I've included a photo of these tails on the Premier Kites Power Sled 36 and not only do they look amazing, they help stabilize the kite!

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Finish
Cons
  • Some Small Things

Amazing Tail.: Kites and Wind Spinners

I have attached this to HQ Symphony Pro 2.2. The tail perfectly repeats a kite's trajectory. If you want to draw attention to yourself while kite flying, this is for you. I have to warn you if your kite doesn't have a strong tail mount it can easily detach from the drag. The tail loop on my kite broke on the first day. The tail itself remained intact.

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Compatibility

Good product. I own 3!

This is my third kite tail in my collection. I have two 20s, this is my second and I have a 75. I've used them on all types of kites. Deltas, parafoils, 1 line, 2 lines and 4 lines. Great for adding a little extra resistance on windy days and always great for show. I always get comments and sometimes applause especially on the beach when I use these ponytails.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • So far so good

Excellent product at an affordable price - Quality Prism

Prism makes solid devices. I have several kites, repair kits and tails. This cock is very good. Good quality round opening line, ring and fittings. Sewing guarantees a long service life. The lower strut and connector are simple, functional, fast and of excellent quality. Comes in a good mid-range bag. I have three of these. I recommend them unreservedly.

  • Handy thing

With enough wind it gives the "Ohhss & Ahhwwws " you wanted

I thought 75ft was too much and my double string would stretch. However, the 75s still rip and add a new level of fun to a sport I've been interested in for a while. I've had a cheap 15-20 foot butt, but it was never as exciting as this tubular toe version. The air fills up and appears to leave a "trail" of where the kite has been, which is a lot more fun than just a tail blowing in the wind. don't want to go home. :) Enjoy!

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • String is shorter than other picks

Fixes unstable kites, adds weight/drag

Nooooo. In short: it makes kite flying easy for an amateur like me. Longer story: I was really upset about a Delta Stowaway kite I got. He caught the wind and rose a little, then dived and bombarded the ground. Maybe I could make some adjustments, but I have no idea what I'm doing. I bought the ponytail on a whim and decided to give it a try. This fully stabilized the kite. All I had to do was hold on and the wind did the rest. That looks like BA too. Yes that's right, a kite can be a BA…

READ, READ, READ THE DESCRIPTION, not the 75ft dick!

Well…. I had to calculate! 20 feet does not equal a 75 foot cock! The picture on the packaging was also misleading. I don't know if I thought 20 feet was 20 meters or what! The 20 foot cock is cute. I put it on power foil and it works fine. On a kite it looks like a cat's tail and stays stiff during flight. I love dragons but be damn greed when I paid $40 for a 75 foot cock. You can get ribbon tails and they're just as responsive as that overpriced tubular tail. Therefore only 3 stars. I felt…

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

On a relatively windy day I used my (2) 20ft AND my (2) 75ft tails together on my Prism P3 Dual Power Kite. The 20's went first and I immediately noticed the extra stability where usually on loss of wind power or a slight gust in the opposite direction the kite would deflate and unless you are a very experienced kite flyer, crash. There was minimal additional drag on the kite's speed. If you have enough wind I recommend 75ft instead as it gives a much more dramatic effect to your flight…

  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Great Price
