Great tool, wish they had better customer service

The ability to see what is going through each device in our secure area without being physically there. If I could have more information about who was using it at any given time that would be great! It's not so much an issue but just something nice to know if you are looking for some answers. We use this product to look into devices used by employees within our building. This has helped us determine which users were accessing files or applications we do not allow them access too (such as…

Answering every question from How do i configure? To Why should we buy?.

The best part about this product is that it gives you all the information regarding your network traffic in real-time. Also, I like the fact that it has a user friendly interface which makes it very easy for me to understand. It's not so much about the features as it is about how well it works with my other devices. The software sometimes gets confused and doesn't give me accurate information. This can be frustrating but if I'm able to figure out what the problem is then I can fix it. If you're
