    Cheap, works well.

    A powered HDMI duplicator that works well. I used this to duplicate an HDMI signal and run it down a 75ft HDMI cable (no power). Went like clockwork. The app was for a Dish Network box to project the same signal onto two TVs.

    Also works great with two VERY long HDMI cables.

    I have no idea why this still works when the power cord is unplugged. Sometimes moving the cables loosened the included power cord and both TVs still worked. Strange.

    This article does not work.

    This element claims to accept input from two sources and output to one. Which input to use is selected by pressing "A" or "B". Two problems: 1): Input from source NOT selected leaks into output. 2): The quality of the output from the actually selected source is terrible. This device is useless.

    Although it worked well

    Worked well for a while. Met my needs well. But after about 10 months, the screen often says "no HDMI input". If I turn it off and on again, it works again. But it's really annoying. This usually happens about once or twice a week. I wish I knew how to solve this problem.

    Great HDMI splitter!

    This works well and is exactly what we need. Easy to set up. Nice pic. Appears to be of good quality. However, it is a separator so you can view two identical images in different places, NOT a switch as the title/description states. Because the switch gives you an image everywhere, but not both. Basically a splitter that you can view at the same time and a toggle gives you either/or.

    Not working as advertised

    Bought 2 weeks ago with proprietary cable to connect 2 monitors to laptop. The second monitor was not connected, I checked the new cable directly to the computer. It didn't seem to connect so we figured that was the problem and bought a new cable. Now this element is not yet connected to the second monitor. I wanted to return it and it says this item is non-refundable. So now money with not fully functional part. If I could give less than one star I would.

    Requires power cord when used with OSSC

    Purchased to duplicate the signal from the OSSC to two different inputs on my AV receiver. The supplied USB power cable is required for operation, OSSC will not supply enough power from the HDMI cable to operate this splitter without it. It also doesn't come with an outlet, so you'll need to find a powered USB port nearby to plug it in. In my case, my power strip has a pair that I can plug directly into.     I used this unit to split the HDMI video output from my CCTV Digital Video Recorder (DVR). One output goes to an LCD monitor and the other to an RF encoder for HDTV display. Installation took about two minutes, video quality looks good. The instructions say that an external power supply is required if the HDMI cable is longer than five meters.     This review applies to both the 4K splitter version and the HD version. After the RCN cable replaced the Tivo cable box in my office with a new one, I was no longer able to access TV signals from my computer.
