. when they get it like an early "I'm going to go golf on my birthday but I don't have any new balls!" gift. They would come home excitedly and talk *golf term golf term AMAZING golf term* and I kept nodding. Take this from the widow of golf, apparently they are amazing. :D

This is such a cool thing Bought 4 dozen. I like the Shrikson, but the XV ball doesn't suit me. I hit the ball pretty hard, play blades and love the Prov1x, but this ball feels too hard. Makes a click when you hit it, like old school Pinnacle. Spins nice and long, but I can't say it's longer than anything else. It might be a great ball for some, but not for me. I was skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised by the performance of these golf balls. I've only played ProV1X for the past few years and these Z-Star XVs seem to be a bit longer, fly a bit higher and are definitely more direct. They stop well on tight shots and feel good off the stick. I'll try them out during the season and save a few bucks!

You are excellent. I have a higher swing speed so they fit me perfectly. The feel is exceptional and the spin is excellent. They just stick with a clean wedge shot. Distance is good on full shots and they are workable. One thing to note is that the ball makes an audible click which I mostly hear from the stick. I personally appreciate the audio feedback, but for some it can be distracting and you'll notice.

I used to play golf all the time. I played scratch golf in my prime, but that was years ago. I can still get on the field, but I can't justify the $4 per ball price of most premium balls. I haven't bought a dozen balls in years but decided on these Srixons based on reviews. They are REALLY long and very soft. A combination like no other ball I've played with. So do yourself a favor and give it a try. They are just as good or better than anything else out there.

I've experimented with different camping golf balls and this is the longest ball I've tried. I dare say it's a little firmer than the Pro v 1 x but for the price I can't complain. The benefit is that I leave the tee for an additional 10 yards. Checks well with the wedge but doesn't bounce off the green. Pretty durable too. This ball flies miles off long sticks but I found it too hard on the green. I bought this, zstar and qstar tour to try them out. This ball is currently the longest, but has the least spin on the green, resulting in a lot of roll. For some it might suit their game, but I need more spin and a softer feel off the green. I'm a total H/C and trust me these XVs are not only longer than any other ball (I've tried them all) but they can bounce the ball almost twice. or 3 rounds before I let her go. The 2015 and 17 balls have a 105 compression ratio, while the new 2019 is only 102, but still longer than the Pro V1X. The Pro Vs cuts and marks very quickly, within 3-5 holes for me and my rate of turn is 110-120. The new TP5x only has a 90 compression ratio, so it's even shorter than the ProV, but at least the TP5x…
