I like that it's easy to use for internal employees as well! It's easy to use and it offers many different tools that you can connect with other applications. The interface seems complicated at first but once you get used to it, everything goes smoothly. I like how customizable the software is. You can add more features or remove some of them if you don't want them. There are also plugins available for it so you can do more customization as well.
