Share your detailed experienceI was able to exchange assets with ease. I had trouble finding a way to add HOT and Pundi Xto my portfolio, but was able to do it very quickly through their exchange. Their customer support has been outstanding. The lag in communication coming only from my part as I did not expect such quick responses to my questions and concerns.

Pros
- Atomic Wallet is easy to use for those new to crypto.
- Their exchange feature gives access to assets that are difficult to add to one's portfolio.
- Over 90+ assets listed in their exchange.
- You can scan any ERC-20 token that is not listed in the wallet and it will be automatically added.
- Excellent customer support. I have contacted their customer support with questions regarding the exchange of assets and have received a response on the same day every single time.
Cons
- Exchange pairs are sometimes switched off and therefore unavailable. If this happens the user will be left waiting for a refund or will have to wait until the exchange pair becomes available again.
