This project was created and put on the market by a single person. As you know, although there are many professional team members on the market, some of them cannot even survive. Considering this situation, you realize that this project, which is tried to be managed by one person, will not even grow.
The working logic of the project is to control the more users by offering its own token type, the more it succeeds in using it, the value of its volume in the market will decrease. In order to do this, 10% data is cut.
However, this project failed to survive as I mentioned above. Because the features and services it offered were limited. Due to this situation, it could not meet the users' requests.

I don't think this will do any harm. As far as I understand, I think that the project ceased to exist and be developed and left all information to the market.
