@Brucelats those binaries you have are already compiled. You're doing it correctly, though you probably need to let the daemon bind to the necessary ports and synchronise with the network before your wallet can be operational.
If anyone is looking at Masari for the first time today we need more miners. The few we have right now are killing it due to the low network Hash rate.
They are a quite authentic option for reliable transfers in cryptocurrency world. Thankfully its plunge will be a salutary caution to most folks.
Pros
- I am glad that the Fonero project was finally taken down!It isn't fair for someone to completely take someone else's work without credit. That's not the credo that open source or even this community was founder upon. I totally forgot that they had a bunch of coins too. The 18 million is a nice small number. Hopefully the dev can make enough changes and improvements to make this a good standalone coin. I'm currently building my stack rn. Sorry you traders on stocks. exchange, I may have caused the price to move up a little
Cons
- Seems it is an interesting project. Well, I hope you can have the whitepaper soon and tell more about the Blocktree protocol. Its an ongoing problem with all CN coins. TO is aware of it and working on fixing it. Don't fret too much. Now mining one coin requires again orders of magnitude more electricity than during the short-lived ASIC rampage. Draw your own conclusion what this means for the market price of the coin. EDIT : Congrats to everyone who bought tons of MSR in the past few days for ~$1. I couldn't believe that someone would dump tens of thousands of coins into those low bids, losing at least 20-25% revenues instantly and much much more by not hodling for a few weeks longer.
