I have never seen a project like this one that lasted for a very short time.
First of all, I have to say that the project was something between existing and non-existent, that is, it was launched in early 2019 and has remained silent since 2 months after its launch. It seems that it probably failed in the service they wanted to give. Maybe it could be in such a situation due to developers failure, so I'm not sure.
There is no exact information about how the project is given or what it exists for. Because as I mentioned above, the information of this was not published on any platform because it was found in the market for a very short time. Currently, the website of this project seems completely out of service. Moreover, although the twitter account seems open now, there are very few posts here and it is possible to see that the date on which the post was made is very old.
The QUSD token is the ER-20 token and is currently listed on an exchange. However, there is no circulating supply of the token. In addition, the token has a low value and I can say that this low value has not changed much from the very beginning. Also, the token has not had a trading volume for a long time. I think this token needs to be invested. Because when there are problems such as money loss, there is no team or connection to take over or solve these problems. For this reason, I suggest you see this project as a dead project now.
