Review on Sologenic by Smilesall Day

SOLO airdrop was supposed to take place for XRP holders. The Exchange I use participated but no airdrop received. The exchange emailed me stating that they had not received an update from SOLO Core Team, Sologenic was CC'd to the email. No response came from Sologenic.



I personally wrote two emails to Sologenic as well - three weeks later still no response.



I attempted to contact Sologenic via their Telegram group, the admin on Telegram was extremely rude! There was no real update provided by the admin, and the admin was making a bunch of misleading statements, including insisting that Sologenic responds to all emails. The admin also insisted that if I didn't get a response I used a wrong email address - I used two email addresses both published on Sologenic website where one would assume the published information should be correct, however I was not allowed to respond to this message, as the admin blocked me. Instead of resolving the issue the admin blocked me from writing on the group, so I could not respond to the incorrect or misleading admin responses or participate in an honest dialogue. Very manipulative and misleading actions from Sologenic. Poor commercial practices indeed.



Ultimately, that says it all about the Sologenic brand! A brand that uses bully tactics is a brand unworthy of trust. May be aggressive commercial practices here as well. Very disappointed.
