I first checked the website of this project which is a redirect and the website is generally disabled.
I could not find the Twitter page of this project, I also checked facebook and I could not find a page related to this project.
This XTL currency has been removed from coinmarketcap (of course there is another project called Scala in coinmarketcap but its abbreviation is XLA and its logo is different from this currency)
About this project, I saw one post on the coinguides website, and that is related to April 26, 2018, and it seems to be a promotional post, So also this can not be a reason for the activity of this project (Its screenshot is at the bottom of the review)
