This is a crypto that was born in the ICos Boom in 2017, however it does not play an important role in representing all current cryptocurrencies.

Something that is not clear to me is its value, since according to official data it works like a stablecoin but using the Won as a reference, however when checking the exchange rate with respect to the dollar it does not match either, there are some inconsistencies regarding its value. I have NO clear idea about this project.
