I copied this review because I have the exact same problem. When I use the short HDTV HDMI cable in the box it works. One day I change it to 15 feet to get to the wall and follow the table. The signal is no longer transmitted to the TV. I tried to buy new HDMI cables for HDTV but nothing works. The title pretty much sums it up. I installed this in our conference table which is connected to a projector. You connect a computer across it, it appears as another monitor in the display settings, but the projector still shows no signal. I tried expanding and duplicating the display and neither worked. I unplugged the cable at the bottom (the cable that goes to the projector) and plugged it directly into the computer and the video goes straight and displays correctly. The first one I bought did and I assumed it was just defective. I ordered another one and sent the first one back. The replacement does the same. I sent the second one back and will use something else. Later I bought high quality 8k HDMI cable and it still doesn't work. I brought it back for a second and it doesn't work either.
