I like that we can train Cofense to block all known malicious URLs in our company's domain. Cofense works well and has never failed to block at least one of our known malware threats. Our IT Security team uses this service to protect against phishing attacks and other web-based exploits within the organization. It is a simple process to use and blocks new threats without fail every day. The customer support team cannot be beat, as they are always available if there are any problems found with our protection. My company protects an email server without blocking legitimate emails. I like how the platform is able to detect phishing attacks and block them. However, I think that the detection is not always accurate. Sometimes it blocks a real phishing email and sometimes it does not. I recommend Cofense to anyone who is looking for a phishing detection platform. I have been using Cofense for a while now with great results. I am always protected from phishing attacks and I do not have any complaints about the platform.
