I'm a professional bike mechanic based in Moab, Utah and THIS is my bike rack. As some reviews say, there is nothing wrong with the "plastic" parts of this stand. What about falling bikes? It is clear that the operator made a mistake. This is a bike stand for any bike or mountain bike, NO ELECTRONIC BIKES. My own bike was recently in this rebuild stand and hasn't moved a bit. Threading cables is easy as the handle has a built in relief. Accessories such as tool trays and handlebar holders come in handy when repairing brakes or bottom brackets. Professional product for home use. Highly recommended.
