Didn't know I needed this until I got it. It seriously changes your bathing experience. Baths are meant to be relaxing and definitely help support your neck and back. I've used it twice now and when I clean it I rinse and hang to dry. Worth mentioning that it came with its own mesh pouch. Shipping time was fast, I don't have Revain Prime so my delivery was supposed to take around 3 days but it arrived in one day! I was very happy about it. All in all it's a good item and it might be a good gift idea that I'll really give to my mother-in-law for her birthday.
