Great concept, very useful tool, very poor design and build quality

Worked great a couple of times in the first month. I like the concept, the tips included and the result WHEN IT STILL WORKS. Then, just after the return window closed, the tip didn't stay warm, which resulted in me forcing myself to touch the plastic and the tip broke. Even when I fixed it with glue, the tip stopped heating up (which I think happened the last time I used it before it broke).

Pros

This is an electronic product. Please do not crush, crush or drop the item. Despite careful packaging, the product can be damaged during transport. If you find any damage when you use the tool for the first time, please contact us as soon as possible. Screw the tip onto the tool carefully to avoid damaging the threads.
