I am very disappointed with this product. I am a teacher and bought this product to save money as my school district does not offer color printing. I work with children with disabilities and black and white photography just doesn't work for them. Bought to fill my HP 63 black and color cartridges. It comes with no instructions (except for the 'Oh it's so easy, check out our 4 easy steps!' picture in the original description) and a YouTube video in CHINESE with it There are no subtitles on the internet either. I've spent so much time refilling my cartridges not knowing if I'm doing it right. If I could return this product for a refund I would. Don't waste your time with this garbage. UPDATE: I am now getting error messages on my computer telling me that the cartridges are corrupt and unusable. There is no way to "reset" the error. Now I have to buy new cartridges. Terrible, terrible product. A complete waste of money.
