Doesn't work for Pi4

Got this for my Raspberry Pi4 as I have to disassemble the whole case every time I want to change cards for a different OS. All my maps work and load correctly, but I could not get any of them to work with this map. The attached photo is what I get when I try to boot into Noobs. Not sure about other devices but can't recommend it for Raspberry Pi. Only gets two stars because it seems to be made pretty well, except for some reason it doesn't work.
