I like how easy it is to use, especially when you have multiple people working together in one project (which we do). It's almost too simple sometimes - but that can be good! You don't need any special software or training; just upload your file with captions into their system once uploaded they will convert them automatically from there so no further work needed by us as transcribers/translators!! Captcha isn’t required which makes this process quicker than other platforms where captcha has been implemented because of time constraints etc.,.
