The customer service is great. They listen to their customers and give them what they want. I've used other products in the past that were not as good. This one is by far the best! I like how easy it is to use, as well as other software that they have such as Captionsmith (which i also used). It does not always work right away when you first try but after about 10-15 minutes of tinkering with your settings everything works great! There are some bugs in their app where sometimes videos will freeze up or crash but this has only happened maybe once every few months so far while using captnhub. I like how easy it is to use, especially when you have multiple people working together in one project (which we do). It's almost too simple sometimes - but that can be good! You don't need any special software or training; just upload your file with captions into their system once uploaded they will convert them automatically from there so no further work needed by us as transcribers/translators!! I like that it is very easy to use. It has all the features you would need, but it's not overwhelming with too many options. You can also use it as an online subtitling service, which was a big plus for me. There are tutorials that make learning how to use the software easy and there are always support staff available if you have any questions. I love that they are always working to improve their service, with new features being added all of time! They have some great templates out there but you can create your own as well which makes it easy if need be!! Sometimes when i'm using captioning in one window while recording another program is running or even playing audio at full volume without my consent (like during an online game) sometimes its difficult getting them both going again after restart/shutdown so maybe this could help…
