Review on CaptionHub by Rip Twin

The customer service is great. They listen to their customers and give them what they want. I've used other products in the past that were not as good. This one is by far the best! We have had problems with subtitles on videos that are uploaded onto our website or sent through text messages. Using Captionhub, we can quickly add subtitles to any media file and get feedback immediately. It's really easy to use and has helped solve many of our captioning needs over the years. It would be nice if we could upload directly from VLC or another player. We're able to subtitle our videos and send them out to clients who receive them via text message and don't have access to captioning software.
