Not very durable: luggage and gear

We bought this backpack because it was wheelable. Plenty of front and side pockets are the perfect place to store all my daughter's school supplies. She is in the 4th grade. The only issue we had with the backpack is that the wheel axle flexes or flexes a little, requiring more strength and effort to pull the bag on wheels. As with the lunch box that comes with the backpack, the velcro is attached in the same place where the handle is. When the backpack is properly held by the handle, the Velcro will unclamp and release.

Pros

Easy to organize - includes a zipped main compartment, 2 external zipped pockets and 2 side pockets, plus an internal organizer with key clip, pen slots and small pocket
