Terrible adhesion and difficult to use
The purpose of these hooks is to withstand a child yanking on the door. Unfortunately, the double-sided tape on the hook and latch is very weak. A slight jerk and the whole scaffolding falls down. A velcro-type push mechanism is a good idea, but the spring is so stiff that the pressure needed to lower it to open the door can itself cause the double-sided tape to come loose. Don't waste your time or money. The item has been returned.
