I bought this system to take the signal from my cable box and send it to 2 TVs in my basement which are in different rooms condition. I used 75ft Cat7 cable. I tested the system before running the cables and it worked great. But you must use good cables. For testing, I tried using an old ethernet cable I had lying around and it didn't work at all. But with Cat 7 it works fine. Also, the sensors allow me to use the remote in both rooms, which is great because I have a treadmill in front of the remote tv and I can change channels in that room too. I've looked into wireless systems for connecting two TVs, but most reviews report half a second latency for the remote TV. With this system, I didn't notice any lag between TVs. Finally, there is an added bonus. The main box has an HDMI port. That means you can run three TVs with this system! Excellent value for money and quality! I would give 6 if I could!
