It was delivered well. The wheels are strong and appear durable. This is great for us when we take groceries home. Charcoal, dog food, bags of rice – heavy things can be easily transported with them. I see college students lugging around a bunch of books with one of these things. baggage at the airport. Fridges on the beach or when hiking. They're also pretty easy to fold. The telescopic handle lowers and tilts 90 degrees forward. It also came with an adjustable strap for much heavier loads (but not overloaded) and a folded carry case. So comfortable! I love the included elastic cords. This helps stabilize the load when moving it over uneven surfaces. It would never have occurred to me to look for it, but I'm glad someone did. Very satisfied with products. Anyway, I'm glad I bought it!
