This product is very easy to use and works exactly as promised. My lashes look longer and slightly curled, just how I wanted them. Today was my second wave of lashes, the first was almost a year ago. The raised look lasted much longer than advertised for me, over 8-9 months. Hope the same this time! I took off a star because this new sealed set was missing a few pieces: 1 spool instead of 5, 1 set of eye patches instead of 5, no cotton swabs when there should have been 10, a Y brush instead of 2, and only 4 mini applicators instead of 10. Overall it doesn't really matter because I have a lot of Qtips and extra coils. Also recommendations were not included; So I returned to this list for instructions. Again not a big problem. Tips that work well for me: I use a toothpick to separate the lashes and place them exactly where I want them and I bought regular fake eyelash glue separately to stick the silicone pad onto my eyelid. I used the glue from this pack to attach the lashes to the silicone. If you're on the fence, get this product! It's simple and practically infallible. You will love the results!
