Ambiguous product. The old thermos lasts 24 hours + the new thermos lasts almost 4 hours.
This product is so volatile at the moment. I don't know where the manufacturer is, but they're doing something wrong now. I have this exact thermos purchased in 2017 and it is amazing. You could burn your tongue the next day, the tea was still so hot! But now that I've bought a new one, the product is annoying. Takes a little over 3-4 hours. Tea prepared in the morning becomes warm in the afternoon. To be honest I'd say you should just spend the extra money and buy a Stanley instead of spending $30 and getting something that doesn't work.
