This is a durable flashlight weighing just over 22 ounces including batteries. This lamp is well balanced and feels comfortable in the hand. The machining of the DL70 is excellent, leaving a smooth finish with no sharp edges. Although the Wurkkos DL70 was designed as a dive light, it also performs excellently above water. This lume monster really turns night into day! 4 XHP50.2 Cree LEDs emit a massive amount of light, dwarfing your car's high beam! This light is perfect for outdoor activities or when you just want to light up a large area at a time. The UI is BASIC (so easy to use even a caveman could do it!) which makes the light easy to use; especially in extreme elements. The DL70 features a magnetic button that has a springy feel unlike any other flashlight I've ever used. Single press turns the light on, multiple presses change the brightness and long press turns the light off. The light has a mode memory that remembers the brightness level for your next use. Remember to always handle this instrument with care (like any other instrument) as this light is blindingly bright and generates a lot of heat. This light features Advanced Temperature Control (ATR) technology that automatically dims the light to prevent damage from overheating. It also has reverse polarity protection: to protect against wrong battery installation. 2 Li-Ion 26650 batteries reached 3.8V. DL70 is a solid construction! Haven't tested it in deep water yet, but it works great on land.
