The general build quality appears to be good. If I were to assume there is a problem with the firmware that was flashed into the IC. I bought this controller to run the b141ew04 panel which natively supports 1440x900 and is listed as a supported model. You can see from the attached photos that the image quality is extremely poor and only looks better when scaled down to 800x600. This again led me to believe that the wrong firmware was running on the chip. I've tried playing around with the Nvidia control panel to get the right resolution, but I'll just give up and order another controller board.
