I like that it is very user friendly, easy to navigate through the site itself as well as any attachments provided from your client or employer. It also has some great features allowing you to upload documents directly into an application which makes things much easier than having them scanned in (which can be difficult if they are not clear enough). The only downside was sometimes when viewing certain applications there were multiple pages of information displayed at once so navigating around each page would often take too long for me personally since I am used to scrolling down quickly instead! Use this tool, use all their tools but most importantly USE THEM ALL. ! They have helped us tremendously throughout our employment search!! We had been working closely together over email/texting about potential employers before we even met face-to-face! This gave us time to get familiarized with what companies may want prior to meeting up etc. Also allowed my recruiter to help guide where possible during interviews without being present physically.
