The first night I noticed a significant reduction in pain. Also stopped any cramps in hands while sleeping. I stopped wearing them after 1 week. A week later I started getting cramps in my arms so I started wearing them again and the pain/cramps stopped. They pull my elbows. I wear them at night and over time they slip off my elbows because I have large forearms and twitch. The stitching on each unraveled at the elbows.
