I've been wearing a wider version of the same band every day for over two years. It wears like steel (laughs) and is easy to clean when it gets dirty. My only issues were that he was sweating profusely and the powerful magnet was unexpectedly sticking to things. This narrower version is much more elegant and comfortable. Huge improvement. I thought it might look awkward with the size of the watch, but it's not. This is the first time I've actually used the bezel...it took me a hot minute to get it on properly, but it's very flexible despite looking exactly like metal. It fits the band perfectly and doesn't look cheap.
