I bought this headband to keep my phone/keys on my morning walks but it is very tight. I like this idea but as you can see there really isn't room for a phone or anything in it. When I plug my phone in, it almost cuts off my blood flow. I have included a picture for reference (I have very skinny arms) and despite this the bracelet fits snugly against the skin, all my fault I should have gone a size up but would definitely recommend! This review is intended to be a size guide only. It's thick and holds things up well!
