I have to say that I had a problem with the battery melting and gave a bad review. The representative contacted me, listened to my complaint and corrected it immediately. I was offered to send new batteries free of charge. He informed me that the batteries have a 2 year guarantee. I received new batteries a few days ago and had no problems. I will definitely buy more. 😁
