Cute dress, but the long sleeves are baggy and awkward.
The dress is cute but the sleeves ruined it. They’re baggy and don’t fall right. I wish they had this same dress without the sleeves. My girl is a skinny, tall 2 year old and fits in mostly 2T. I bought the 12-18 months based on the comments and that one fit perfectly so I suggest sizing down.
