Great for bone protection
I bought this for my father who has ALS. He had lost most of his muscle and fat, so his ankles and knees were constantly rubbing together, causing him pain. He sleeps on his side so he puts it between his legs when he goes to bed and the problem is solved. He can't sleep without it!
