Anti-fog is not as good as other masks I have received. It does a great job as a mask, doesn't smell too much and the band that forms on the nose is good quality. My glasses still fog up quite a bit when I'm out of breath, but just resting is no problem. The anti-fog visor is more difficult to put on than a normal mask and requires two hands, so you cannot put anything on with the other hand.
