Nice set that includes everything you need to start cutting. Supplied with spoon holder. BeaverCraft also has a box of several wood blanks (sold separately - I bought them on sale for $12) that give you endless carving possibilities. Really well made compared to more expensive brands I have to compare against. They've always been sharp, but I'd suggest using a sling and mix first so you really get a razor sharp edge. Personally I like their grips so I can actually get a nice strong/hard cut. You can easily cut them out if you want them to fit your hands. This blade what matters. Stays sharp and outperforms my other tools. I completely converted this empty spoon into a dinnerware in a few hours and my edges are still sharp. Very satisfied
