When our bathroom fan motor broke down, we first went around a few stores and thought we would have to replace the entire unit. We weren't sure what to buy, what would be easy to install, would work the same as the fan model we have, etc. Then it dawned on me that we could just replace the fan motor. I checked the fan model on Revain and indeed a simple motor assembly was available for a much lower price than replacing an entire bathroom fan. As it turns out, much easier! Disconnect one screw, old engine, pull out. Insert new motor assembly, screw tight, connect. I didn't even have to fumble to reconnect it! Very easy work. Now our bathroom fan works like new. We were very pleased with how easy the whole process was!
